Job Description
Job Duties:
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs and preliminary pricing for multi-story cast-in-place concrete structures in California.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 10 years estimating self-performed multi-story cast-in-place concrete structures in California.
2. Excellent understanding of man-hour production rates for various formwork systems and types, placing and finishing tasks based on historical data.
3. Strong knowledge of Excel, WinEst, Cost-OS, Timberline Precision Estimating;experience with PlanSwift / On-Screen Takeoff is a plus.
4. Experience with Model-Based Estimating is a plus.
