Our client is looking for a Financial Solutions Architect Lead to join their team!
Job Description
You are responsible for taking charge of projects to optimize the Finance business processes within INFOR M3 Cloud suite and provide global M3 ERP Finance support to global Finance departments. You also work with Infor and or other external consultants for the system configuration and integrations with external applications.
You work closely with all departments to ensure that all financial processes are properly identified, standardized and documented across the organization; identifies internal control weaknesses and requirements to be fulfilled; actively reviews financial policies and procedures to enhance utilization, spot opportunities for improvement and share best practices; coordinates change requests and is responsible for the deployment of support M3 financial processes within the different regions.
You report the Finance lead within the ERP team and work closely within your team of global business analysts.

Profile
- Finance degree or experience in different finance roles
- Service oriented and hand-on attitude
- Eager and Fast Learner
- Project Management skills and/or leadership skills are valuable.
- Experienced with M3 ERP system is a MUST (3+ years with Finance focus).
- US GAAP and IFRS exposure is an asset.
- You are fluent in English. Any other language is an extra asset
- You have an excellent thematic and process-oriented approach. You show initiative, involve people on an enthusiastic manner and keep having objectives in view
- Strong analytical skills to solve problems

- You are willing to travel 25% of your time to different locations worldwide.
- Monthly & Yearly Closure support to the entities using M3
- On-going support for Financial Issues resolution related to M3
- Setup New Legal M3 entities
- And related functional setups in M3 related to finance and associated areas
- Training and education of key users within different regional locations
- Participate the Global Strategic Planning meetings
- Implementation and Maintenance of M3 Financial modules
- Setup of Finance configuration for new legal entities worldwide
- Provide support, testing and training to Finance Key Users and M3 Finance Improvements Projects
- Create Process mapping of current and future financial processes
- Define opportunities and take leading role for Finance improvements projects
