DETAILS
Location: Hybrid in Arlington, TX
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office/week after first 3-4 weeks. During training, candidates will be onsite 5 days/week
Position Type: Three Month Contract-to-Hire
Salary Conversion: $85K-$90K

ABOUT THE POSITION
GTN Technical Staffing is PeopleSoft HRIS Analyst for a contract-to-hire role in Arlington, TX. The PeopleSoft HRIS Analyst will support the PeopleSoft HRIS application by performing system maintenance, production support, project/process improvements, report writing and training. Serves as technical point of contact for assigned functional areas. Support HRIS upgrades, patches, testing, enhancements and other technical projects as assigned.

The PeopleSoft HRIS Analyst will support the PeopleSoft HRIS application by performing system maintenance, production support, project/process improvements, report writing and training. Serves as technical point of contact for assigned functional areas. Support HRIS upgrades, patches, testing, enhancements and other technical projects as assigned.
- Review, testing and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or patches.
- Collaborate with functional and technical staff to support application of upgrade or fix.
- Maintain system tables
- Document process and results
- Provide Tier I support for PeopleSoft HRIS system
- Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
- Assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
- Help maintain data integrity by running queries and analyzing data.
- Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation.
- Train clients on new processes/functionality. Train new system users.
- Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
3+ years in the following skill sets…
- PeopleSoft HRIS Systems (PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 HIGHLY DESIRED) - Design / Structure / Maintainance of System Tables
- System table entry and maintenance
- Tier I support/troubleshooting
- End-user training
- PeopleSoft HRIS Functions and Process Documentation
- Documentation / creating training materials
- HRIS System Testing - Experience writing, maintaining, and executing test scripts.
- Review / Test / Implementation of patches and upgrades
- Familiarity with Agile Project Management
