JOB TITLE: Sales Manager
REPORTS TO: Chief Executive Officer
JOB SUMMARY: The Sales Manager will oversee and lead the Sales efforts of the organization.
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
·Understands the portfolio of Products and services and can articulate the benefits that the solutions brings to its customers.
·Presents, promotes and sells company’s products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
·Able to put together Technical Presentations and Commercial quotes and proposals.
·Understands and maintains up to date information on competitor’s product offerings and market pricing.
·Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
·Establishes, develops, and maintains positive business and customer relationships.
·Consults with potential customers to understand their needs;identifies and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs.
·Resolve customer complaints and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
·Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
·Prepares sales budget;monitors and approves expenses.
·Acts as company representative at sales and marketing events.
·Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
·Bachelor's degree preferred.
·A comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
·Knowledge and existing contacts with Oil and Gas operators and/or OFS companies
·At least three years of oil and gas sales experience required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
·Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
·Proficient with Microsoft 356 or related software.
