About the Opportunity
Kasmo is actively looking for a collaborative Salesforce Sales Executive to lead business initiatives in the central region. In this capacity, the individual will function as a solution sales executive for Kasmo's clients, establishing and implementing reliable sales engagement processes. Primary Roles & Responsibilities
·Collaborates with the Partner Development Managers to strategically pursue new opportunities in conjunction with the Alliance partner
·Research and comprehend the business problems of target accounts, developing tailored messaging to resonate with account leaders.
·Identify client opportunities through diverse channels, including partner alliances, networking, existing relationships, and proactive outbound prospecting, showcasing a "Hunter"mentality.
·Collaborate with clients to shape sales solutions that effectively address their business challenges.
·Qualify client opportunities and guide them through the entire sales cycle.
·Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), constructing compelling proposals strategically positioned to secure client business.
·Cultivate robust customer relationships with both new net clients and existing client IT and business leaders, ranging from Directors to VPs and CxOs.
·Coordinate the pursuit team, leading them to understand the client's problem, proposing the Kasmo’s solution, and delivering a proposal geared towards mutual success.
·Collaborate with clients and the company's legal team to navigate contract negotiations.
·Demonstrate the ability to negotiate and successfully close deals, meeting annual sales objectives.
Required Skills
·6+ years of prior sales experience in consulting services or Salesforce offerings.
·Passionate about both sales and technology.
·Capable of collaborating with clients to comprehend their organizational needs and suggesting solutions that enhance business value.
·Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
·Proficient in collaboration, relationship building, and team development.
·Organized and methodical, showcasing robust prioritization and negotiation skills.
·Possesses a strong process orientation and can effectively work with virtual teams.
·Brings experience in budget and project management.
·Skilled in establishing relationships with CXOs and business decision-makers.
·Experienced in leading teams through intricate technology solution sales.
·Proficient at aligning teams to work cohesively toward a common goal, consistently displaying strong people management skills.
·A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Communication, Computer Science, or a related field is a prerequisite.
·Hybrid work opportunity to support national clients with frequent travel as needed for the role.
