Staff Accountant
Location: Addison, TX (This is NOT a remote work position. It is IN OFFICE.)

Residency Status: US Citizen or Green Card Holder ONLY
We have an expansion position open for a Staff Accountant with 3+ years of experience. We’re looking for someone with the ambition to become an integral part of a fast-growing IT staffing and services company. You will report directly to the controller and join a team of 5.

We have an expansion position open for a Staff Accountant with 3+ years of experience. We’re looking for someone with the ambition to become an integral part of a fast-growing IT staffing and services company. You will report directly to the controller and join a team of 5.
Success Markers we’re looking for:
- A team player approach, providing support to your peers, supervisors, and team
- High-energy with the ability to tune out distractions
- Obsessive with detail and follow up skills
- Technical skills that include reviewing and preparing and assisting with complex invoicing processes that involve tracking purchase order balances, generating invoices internally, and entering invoice data in our clients’ Ariba payments system.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
- Excel power user
- Bank account and GL account reconciliations
- Reconciling discrepancies between hours paid, hours billed, and hours worked.
- Coding transactions for accurate reporting
- Ad hoc and scheduled reports for clients and internal use as necessary
- Financial analysis projects as requested – budgeting, forecasting, PTO approved and taken, ROI, etc.
- Semi-monthly and weekly invoicing for temporary contract labor based on approved time sheets.

- SAP Ariba procurement software (supplier experience)
- BBA in accounting
