Job Title: DevSecOps Engineer
Location: Onsite –Irving, TX
Type: Direct Hire

Overview:
A highly visible engineering role focused on designing and implementing DevSecOps programs that integrate security into development pipelines and infrastructure. This position plays a critical role in scaling security operations through automation, tool integration, and governance across hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and integrate security tools (SAST, DAST, SCA, CI/CD) and develop automation workflows
-
Partner with engineering teams to enforce secure-by-design principles in apps and infrastructure

Develop and maintain security tooling across Kubernetes, Docker, and multi-cloud platforms
-
Support vulnerability management, incident response, and secure code reviews
-
Implement Infrastructure as Code practices with GitHub Actions and Terraform
-
Enhance visibility through monitoring, dashboards, and continuous improvement of controls

Harden Kubernetes and container environments and implement secure development practices
Qualifications:
-
5+ years in DevSecOps, Infrastructure, Security, or Software Engineering
-
Hands-on experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and security tooling (DAST, SAST, SBOM, SCA)
-
Strong scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and automation skills
-
Experience with Kubernetes, containers, and hybrid (on-prem/cloud) environments

Ability to work cross-functionally with security, engineering, and product teams
-
Strong ownership, communication, and a passion for building secure platforms
