Job Description
GTN Technical Staffing is looking for an invoicing clerk to both invoice clients and apply payments to the correct invoices. We are a $50 million revenue company experiencing rapid growth and are updating our systems and processes to accommodate the increased complexity of our client base. We are looking for someone to handle complex invoicing processes against dozens of purchase orders for multiple clients across two offices and supporting several hundred contractors working on billable hours. You will need to participate in client conference calls to understand invoicing requirements and create invoices on a weekly or biweekly basis.
REQUIRED:
Basic Excel skills
BIG BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Experience invoicing against large numbers of purchase orders
High volume contractor / temp invoicing
Experience using Ariba and Fieldglass reports as a staffing industry SUPPLIER (strong preference).
Any experience with payroll or accounting in Canada (future need but not current need)
PREFERRED:
We use QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop for invoicing and GL and Paycor for payroll, but neither is required.
Associates or BBA degree in accounting is a plus.
