Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee Class A high-rise and multi-story parking structure projects ranging from $10 to $35 million. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a strong understanding of scoping, buyout, cost control, and excellent communication skills. This role requires proficiency in Prolog and Converge, and the ability to work from both job sites and corporate offices.

About Us: We are a major structures commercial contractor specializing in both Design-Build General Contracting and Structural Concrete. As a union company, we employ 800 tradesmen and 40 office staff. Our exemplary projects include the New Tom Bradley International Terminal, Wilshire-Curson 32-story high-rise residential tower, The Source 2, 700 car parking structure, Gilead Pharmaceuticals Corporate Campus and Distribution Center, among others. We handle large-scale projects ranging from $15 million to $150 million, operating as a 100% at-risk contractor with lump sum fixed price contracts. We require team members who understand the magnitude of our work and are familiar with using management software daily, following formal processes to ensure success.

- Secondary: Work from Jobsite and Corporate Office

- Manage Class A high-rise and multi-story parking structure projects from $10 to $35 million.
- Oversee projects primarily located in LA County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.
- Handle project scoping, buyout, and cost control.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Utilize Prolog and Converge for project management tasks.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Work from the job site and sometimes from the corporate office as needed.
- Coordinate with other project managers, superintendents, and office staff to ensure project success.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
- Strong understanding of scoping, buyout, cost control, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Prolog and Converge is a plus.
- Flexibility to work from job sites and corporate offices as required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across California, primarily in LA County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.
