Job Description
GTN Technical Staffing is looking for an accounting analyst or financial analyst to help with bank reconciliations, ad hoc reporting, automating systems and processes, invoice audits, payroll audits, pulling data from multiple sources to do some combination of reconciliations and reports, commission calculations, and other needs. We are a $50 million revenue company experiencing rapid growth and are updating our systems and processes to accomodate the increased complexity of our client base. We are looking for someone to support two offices and several hundred contractors working on billable hours.
REQUIRED:
Advanced Excel skills (good with pivot tables, lookup formulas, heavy data manipulation, named ranges, bulk merging and filtering of data)
BIG BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Staffing industry experience
Experience using Ariba and Fieldglass reports as a staffing industry SUPPLIER (strong preference).
PREFERRED:
We use QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop for invoicing and GL and Paycor for payroll, but neither is required.
REQUIRED:
