This individual will develop a technology roadmap, oversee system integrations, and ensure continuous process optimizations in collaboration with department heads.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business operations, workflows, and software tools to identify inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement a technology strategy and roadmap for optimizing business processes.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and rollout of new software solutions.
- Project manage technology implementation and change management efforts across departments.
- Work closely with department heads to identify and resolve ongoing process bottlenecks.
- Ensure seamless integration and interoperability of business systems.
- Train and support staff in adopting new technologies.
