Job description
Experienced CNC Tool and Cutter Grinder will manufacture customer cutting tools in an autonomous environment
- Write new and or modify customer programs for cutting tools and end mills
- Operate multiple machines simultaneously when possible (ANCA (FastGrind and MX7), TruTech Revolution, Rush Wheel Dresser, Rush Easy-Cut)
- Maintain all equipment and coordinate third-party support when required
- Maintain inventory of grinding wheels all other machinery and equipment requirements
- Design and schedule jobs to maintain appropriate inventory levels and customer service levels
Schedule:
- 6am -3pm hour shift
- Monday to Friday, Occasional Saturday shift (4 hours)
- Overtime
- CNC Tool & Cutter Grinding: 5 years (minimum)
