Job Description
GTN Technical Staffing and Consulting is collaborating with a client to bring on a highly skilled CPQ Solutions Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of Infor’s CPQ Suite within diverse manufacturing environments.
Position Overview:
The CPQ Solutions Consultant is a senior-level role responsible for providing expertise and implementation support for Infor’s CPQ Suite, including Product Configurator, Enterprise Quoting, CAD 2D/3D Integration, and Document Automation. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive CPQ experience and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, who are looking to leverage their skills in a dynamic consulting capacity.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead and support CPQ user training sessions and workshops focused on Infor’s CPQ Suite.
Configure and implement core CPQ functionalities, including:
Product configuration and design sessions.
Sales, pricing, and manufacturing rule setups.
CPQ-ERP integration, including 2D/3D automation and document automation.
Enterprise Quoting setup, branding, and quote document customization.
Conduct CPQ workshops, design sessions, and training in areas like:
Manufacturing design and visualization rules.
Rapid options configuration and development.
Document and automation template creation.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure system integrity and functionality.
Provide post-implementation support, issue resolution, and client training.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Experience:
In-depth knowledge of Infor CPQ Product Suite with 2-5 years of direct experience.
Strong understanding of ERP systems and their integration with CPQ, particularly in manufacturing environments.
Proven consulting experience with a focus on customer satisfaction and solution delivery.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of self-motivation, strong analytical skills, and flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently, maintain high standards, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Prior experience with ERP systems and CPQ solutions in consulting or implementation roles.
Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
