Job Description

Join our client’s team as a Customer Support Representative within their Utility Supply & Services division in Georgetown, TX. This role is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction by developing in-depth knowledge of their products and services, ensuring accurate customer records, and serving as the initial point of contact for clients.

Responsibilities include processing quotes and orders, expediting sales orders, and building strong customer relationships through timely and courteous service.

Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree in business or related field, preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial inside sales or customer service or purchasing experience in the industrial safety or environmental sector.
  • Required proficiency in Epicor P21 and Microsoft Office applications, with strong computer and spreadsheet skills.
