WHAT YOU WILL DO
Customer Enablement
  • Guide B2B SaaS customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to our client's platform.
  • Provide training on features and best practices to maximize adoption and ensure customers derive full value from our client's solution.

Customer Growth & Retention
  • Proactively promote the benefits of advanced features, including integrated payment solutions, to drive product expansion.
  • Monitor customer health metrics to identify risks and churn signals, implementing proactive measures to mitigate them.

Advocacy & Engagement
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, relaying feedback to internal teams to enhance the product experience.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver a cohesive customer journey.
  • Share actionable insights to optimize customer success processes and foster loyalty.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 2-5+ years in customer-facing roles within B2B SaaS, including customer success, account management, or sales.
  • A customer value, ROI-driven mindset with a passion for helping businesses achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills, including de-escalation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Self-starter mentality in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
