Our client is looking for a Customer Success Manager 3 to join their team!
Job Description
CSM 3 has an exceptional knowledge of technology and can guide the client (C-Level, decision makers) to understand and strategize to meet and or exceed their business needs and requirements both present and into the year(s) ahead.
Role and Responsibilities:
Empathetic and thoroughly enjoys working to achieve client satisfaction.
Extremely detail oriented and must have excellent critical thinking skills.
Responsible for supporting clients in our Top Tier, Tier 3 category.
Requirements:
All Customer support – through client and department collaboration
Request quotes for Projects and non-project items
Partner with Solution design to drive innovation and scalable service solutions.
Create and deliver technology budgets and strategy to Tier 3 clients.
Assist with Projects as needed/required.
Assist in New Client Onboarding projects to ensure success.
Establish meeting cadence with clients, meetings will include C-Level staff.
Increase Stack adherence.
Negotiate agreement renewals.
Increase client retention.
Partner with vCIO to deliver Client Success plans annually to Tier 3 accounts.
Lead in training of new CSM’s
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
The CSM 3 has 8+ years of customer service and or IT experience, as well as a medical/healthcare background.
Worked in the MSP world or in IT for at least 5+ years.
