Cybersecurity Engineer –Secure Software Delivery
GTN is conducting a confidential search for an experienced cybersecurity engineer who understands how software is designed, built, and delivered. This person will work alongside technical teams to improve security decisions throughout the development process.
The right candidate will have substantial experience protecting business applications and helping engineers resolve software-related security concerns. You should understand common application weaknesses, modern development practices, cloud-hosted systems, and the technologies used to evaluate software risk.
This is not a policy or compliance position. It requires someone who can examine technical issues, determine what matters, and give developers useful direction without unnecessarily disrupting delivery. You will help technical teams strengthen development practices, evaluate potential risks, improve preventive controls, and reach sound remediation decisions.
Candidates may come from application security, software engineering, DevSecOps, product security, or a related security-engineering background. Success will depend on technical judgment, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively with both developers and security professionals.
