Job Description

We're offering a dynamic opportunity for an analytical and eager-to-learn Demand Planner to join our client’s Purchasing team in Georgetown, TX. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing inventory levels, collaborating with various internal teams, and efficiently processing and placing purchase orders.

Day to Day:
  • Efficiently process and consolidate vendor purchase orders daily, ensuring accuracy in pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
  • Address Late PO alerts, manage inter-site transfers, and maintain accurate vendor communication
  • Manage demand for stock items, reviewing forecasts vs. Actuals, backorder alerts, and contributing to order and forecast accuracy
  • Resolve vendor issues, input item replacements, and initiate IORs as approved
Background/Qualifications:
  • A degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred
  • Mandatory experience with Epicor P21
  • A solid understanding of supply chain concepts
  • Strong communication skills for effective external and internal coordination
  • An analytical mindset with a commitment to accuracy and task ownership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong grasp of spreadsheets
