Desktop Support
This is a long-term contract position that requires you to be on site in Las Vegas.
You will get to:
•Provide technical assistance and support computer systems, software, and hardware
•IMACs: installs, moves, adds and changes
•Monitor desktop and network equipment inventory
•Handle preventive maintenance on hardware
•Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and software issues for laptops, desktops, and mobile phones
•White-glove service for senior executive support
•Help with relocation and other facility
•Train users on new systems and applications as needed
THE WELL QUALIFIED CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
•6+ months in large, preferably enterprise environment
•Familiarity with common computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
•Enjoys and skilled at basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
•Knowledgeable in O365, Win10, SCCM and Trend Micro
•Must be customer-facing with strong English skills, written and verbal
•Basic knowledge of Networking fundamentals/protocols ( DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN )
•Possesses the ability to test hardware and peripherals and replace parts and components
•Bachelors degree
•A+ Training and/or Certification
•MCP Certification
•Self-directed and able to prioritize urgent issues
