Job Description


Position Overview A high-impact opportunity awaits a seasoned Senior DevOps Engineer with advanced proficiency in cloud infrastructure, automation, and platform reliability. This role emphasizes expertise in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem and involves architecting scalable systems, enabling seamless continuous delivery, and enhancing cross-functional operational performance.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Architect and deploy automated cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to ensure scalable and dependable application delivery.

  • Maintain platform integrity through active monitoring, alerting, and rapid incident response strategies.

  • Partner with engineering, QA, infrastructure, and security teams to align DevOps solutions with organizational priorities.

  • Lead infrastructure automation via code-driven provisioning and configuration, minimizing manual processes and errors.

  • Optimize system performance, plan for capacity growth, and drive cost-efficiency initiatives.

  • Develop and enforce comprehensive cloud governance, access control, and compliance policies.

  • Facilitate the transformation of legacy systems into cloud-native architectures as part of modernization efforts.

  • Design and maintain observability tools that deliver actionable insights into applications, services, and infrastructure.

  • Contribute to post-incident analyses, root cause investigations, and ongoing efforts to enhance system reliability.

Required Expertise

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including core services such as compute, networking, identity, and monitoring.

  • Proven track record in creating and managing automated CI/CD workflows for streamlined development processes.

  • Skilled in infrastructure as code, configuration management, and scripting to support automation and maintenance.

  • Experience with container technologies and orchestration platforms.

  • Ability to implement and uphold security and compliance frameworks in cloud environments.

  • Background in managing incidents and troubleshooting systems within a 24x7 production setting.

  • Strong analytical capabilities and effective communication skills.

Preferred Credentials

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps frameworks, and site reliability engineering principles.

  • Experience operating in environments focused on automation, scalability, and performance optimization.

  • Relevant certifications (e.G., Azure DevOps Engineer, Cloud Architect) are advantageous.
