Job Title: Director of Cloud Platform Engineering

Overview:
Seeking a strategic and hands-on cloud leader to architect and drive hybrid cloud initiatives across AWS, Azure, and on-prem environments. This role oversees cloud governance, DevOps practices, platform engineering, and infrastructure automation—ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient cloud operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute hybrid cloud strategy (AWS, Azure, on-prem)

Implement governance, cost optimization, and security frameworks
-
Lead cloud architecture, DR design, and platform reliability initiatives
-
Drive DevOps culture and CI/CD pipeline adoption
-
Oversee Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and automation tooling

Lead Kubernetes, containerization, and serverless adoption
-
Build internal developer platforms and self-service provisioning capabilities
-
Optimize multi-cloud usage and integration
Qualifications:
-
10+ years in IT infrastructure, 5+ years in cloud/platform leadership

Deep expertise in AWS and Azure;hybrid/on-prem experience required

Strong knowledge of cloud governance, compliance, and security

Proven experience with DevOps tooling, Kubernetes, and IaC frameworks

Effective communicator, able to engage technical teams and C-level stakeholders

Relevant certifications in AWS, Azure, and DevOps preferred
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Without sponsorship.
