Overview:
Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is seeking a skilled ERP Analyst to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in a manufacturing environment and a solid understanding of ERP systems, with EPICOR CMS experience being highly preferred. Proficiency with AS400, EDI, and a focus on inventory and costing processes will set you apart in this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Support and maintain the company’s ERP system, ensuring it aligns with operational and business needs.

Collaborate with manufacturing, inventory, finance, and IT teams to analyze and enhance ERP functionalities.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to ERP and associated processes.
-
Facilitate EDI processes and integrations with vendors, customers, and internal systems.

Analyze and improve inventory and costing processes within the ERP platform.
-
Generate custom reports, dashboards, and documentation as needed.

Lead or participate in ERP-related projects, system upgrades, and process improvements.
Qualifications:
-
2+ years of ERP analysis or administration experience in a manufacturing environment.

Hands-on experience with AS400 and EDI tools.
-
Solid ERP experience required;EPICOR CMS strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory management, and product costing.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with SQL, Crystal Reports, or other report writing tools.

Experience supporting end-users and conducting training sessions.

Background in business process mapping and documentation.
