Job Description

About the Role
We are seeking an ERP Analyst to join our client’s growing IT and business systems team. This role will focus on ERP maintenance, enhancements, and application development, with a strong emphasis on SQL and .NET development. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial) or other ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • ERP Development & Maintenance (60%)

    • Develop, enhance, and maintain ERP applications to support evolving business needs

    • Work with SQL and .NET to design, test, and implement new functionality

    • Partner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate into ERP solutions

  • ERP Support (30%)

    • Provide day-to-day ERP support for end-users

    • Troubleshoot, resolve, and document ERP system issues

    • Train users on ERP functionality and enhancements

  • Other Duties (10%)

    • Participate in IT and business systems projects as assigned

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes

    • Support reporting, integrations, and system improvements outside of ERP as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)

  • 3–5 years of ERP Analyst, Developer, or related IT experience (ideal range)

  • Strong SQL and .NET development skills required

  • Experience with Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial strongly preferred

  • Knowledge of ERP systems in a manufacturing or distribution environment is a plus

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Additional Details

  • Work Schedule: Onsite in with option for up to 2 hybrid days per week after 90-day probation period

  • Relocation Assistance: lump sum with first paycheck

  • Citizenship: U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required (due to ITAR compliance). Visa sponsorship is not available.
