ERP Project Manager (Infor CloudSuite Industrial SyteLine)

Location: Remote –Anywhere in the United States
Salary Range: $90, 000 - $110, 000 annually
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Position Overview
GTN Technical Staffing is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead enterprise software implementations for manufacturing and distribution clients. This is a remote, client-facing role focused on managing Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and a passion for solving real business challenges through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ERP implementation projects (Infor CSI SyteLine)
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, consultants, and analysts
- Monitor project progress and manage scope, schedule, and budget changes
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices
- Foster collaboration and maintain strong client relationships
- Support company policies and strategic goals
- Meet quarterly billing and delivery targets
Required Qualifications
- PMP Certification
- Proven experience managing Infor CSI SyteLine projects
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and implementation methodologies
- Excellent planning, scheduling, and resource management skills
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
- Skilled in risk and change management
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong presentation and training capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the U.S.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Without sponsorship
Preferred Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience implementing software in manufacturing environments
- Prior consulting experience is a plus
