Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development:
Create detailed electrical system designs for school buildings, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
Develop and implement fire alarm systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Project Management:
Oversee the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and fire alarms in school facilities.
Coordinate with architects, construction managers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
Conduct site inspections to ensure the quality and adherence to design specifications.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure all designs and installations meet local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
Implement best practices for safety and efficiency in electrical system design and installation.

Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of electrical designs, project plans, and inspection reports.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
