Enterprise Applications Engineer

About the Role
We’re looking for an Enterprise Applications Engineer to manage and support enterprise applications with a strong focus on Microsoft 365. This role covers the full application lifecycle—implementation, maintenance, upgrades, and support—while also contributing to project planning and documentation. You’ll work closely with IT leadership, team members, and stakeholders to keep systems running smoothly and secure.
What You’ll Do

Manage enterprise applications including Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and related tools.

Design, deploy, and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, AAD).

Oversee Microsoft 365 tenant administration including licensing, compliance, and monitoring.

Implement and enforce security and compliance policies (MFA, conditional access, DLP, etc.).

Provide Tier 2/3 support for Microsoft 365 issues.

Collaborate with IT Security to ensure compliance with best practices and regulations.

Maintain documentation, procedures, and training materials.

Stay current on Microsoft 365 updates and roadmap changes.

Support IT Helpdesk escalations and provide after-hours support when needed.

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.

5+ years of experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.

Microsoft 365 certifications.
-
Strong expertise with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Purview.

Experience with Azure AD/Entra, conditional access, and identity management.

Proficiency with PowerShell scripting.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while handling multiple projects.
