Job Description
GTN’s client is seeking a dynamic Epicor ERP Program Support Analyst to play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s transition to a cloud-based Epicor Kinetic ERP system. This position offers the unique opportunity to support a global ERP implementation, working across multiple time zones and languages while collaborating with diverse teams worldwide. Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, this role also involves ongoing maintenance and system optimization post-upgrade.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP System Support: Provide day-to-day technical and functional support for the Epicor Kinetic ERP system, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
System Transition and Consolidation: Assist in consolidating multiple Epicor instances into a single unified system, including data mapping, migration, and alignment of processes.
Technical Development:
Create BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, trackers, and advanced configurations.
Develop and modify reports using SSRS and Epicor’s Application Studio tools.
Manage data loads and updates using Epicor DMT.
System Integration: Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate ERP with other applications such as Salesforce, Power BI, and Planful.
Documentation and Training: Create user guides, training materials, and technical documentation to empower global teams.
Process Improvement: Define business requirements for enhancements, system upgrades, and ad-hoc projects to optimize ERP functionalities.
Data Analytics: Extract and analyze data from SQL databases to support decision-making and operational visibility.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of hands-on Epicor ERP experience, including at least two full Kinetic implementations.
Strong background with Epicor ERP 10.2 and Kinetic 2022 or later.
Proven expertise in Quote-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay lifecycles, particularly in manufacturing environments.
Experience in data mapping and migration from legacy systems.
Prior work in multi-company and multi-site consolidations is highly preferred.
Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions and fast-paced private equity environments is a plus.
Skills:
Proficiency in SQL and data extraction.
Exceptional problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams in a multicultural environment.
Language: Fluency in German, French, or Mandarin is a bonus.
Travel: Up to 10% travel may be required.
