GTN Technical Staffing is working with a leading global provider of engineered electronics to find an Epicor Analyst. This role focuses on improving business processes and efficiencies across various sites, specializing in custom magnetic products and assemblies for mission-critical applications.
Role Overview and Responsibilities:
Position Scope: As an Epicor Analyst, you will be a key player in enhancing manufacturing practices and technologies related to business analytics. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of innovative technological solutions using best practices and benchmarking.
Manage site upgrades, transitions, and integrations across the US, leading ERP projects and process synergies.
Standardize processes and procedures across various sites to ensure best practices are followed.
Maintain data quality and integrity, identifying and resolving data quality issues.
Develop and document business processes and workflows, and support these with ERP and new tools.
Provide analytical support, including dashboard creation and management, and perform descriptive and correlation analyses.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Stay updated on analytic tools, including ERP and Power BI, and ensure systems'efficiency.
Handle company data requests, including API connections, and manage data transfer processes.
Participate in and contribute to various IT projects.
Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes:
Core Competencies:
Extensive experience with Epicor software, particularly Epicor 10.
Strong analytical skills, capable of breaking down complex problems and using creative thinking and data analysis.
Ability to build trusting relationships and influence others to adopt new best practices.
Solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes and Key Performance Indicators.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field.
Three to five years of relevant work experience.
Experience with ISO or AS9100 Quality Management Systems is a plus.
This position requires compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Applicants must be US persons as defined by ITAR (US Citizen, US Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee).
