Contract Duration: ~6 Months (Start Date: September–October 2025)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Epicor Operations Consultant with ITAR compliance and Government Cloud expertise to support and optimize our Epicor ERP environment. This role will focus on supply chain, scheduling, and manufacturing operations within a secure, regulated environment.
The ideal candidate will work closely with operations, production, and IT teams to ensure efficient ERP utilization, compliance with government standards, and alignment with business goals. While full-time on-site is preferred, we will consider candidates who can commit to on-site work twice a week or bi-weekly for the initial 6 months.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Epicor ERP operational enhancements with a focus on manufacturing, scheduling, and supply chain processes.

Ensure ERP configurations, workflows, and integrations meet ITAR compliance and Government Cloud security requirements.

Partner with stakeholders to define process improvements, implement best practices, and support continuous operational efficiency.

Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing ERP support.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ERP functionality with production, procurement, and scheduling needs.

Conduct data analysis and reporting to support operational decision-making.

Troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Qualifications

5+ years of Epicor ERP experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments.

Strong background in Epicor Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Scheduling modules.

ITAR compliance knowledge and experience working in Government Cloud environments (Epicor GovCloud experience strongly preferred).

Understanding of government contracting requirements and controlled data handling.

Proven track record in process improvement, change management, and ERP optimization.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills

Epicor Kinetic experience.

Previous experience in aerospace, defense, or other regulated manufacturing industries.

DocStar / Epicor ECM implementation, configuration, and integration experience (major plus).

SQL/SSRS reporting and data extraction skills.

Project management or consulting background.
