Job Description


We are seeking a seasoned Epicor Financials Consultant with proven expertise in Epicor 10/Kinetic ERP systems. This consultant will play a pivotal role in leading financial module implementations, upgrades, and optimization efforts for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial consolidations, costing, standard pricing, multi-company, and multi-currency functionality within Epicor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end implementations and upgrades of Epicor 10/Kinetic financial modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Configure and optimize financial consolidations, ensuring seamless integration across entities.
  • Provide expert guidance on costing methodologies and standard pricing strategies.
  • Implement and manage multi-company and multi-currency workflows, ensuring compliance with global financial standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective data migration and system configuration.
  • Deliver training sessions to end-users, empowering them to leverage Epicor’s financial functionalities effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, offering post-implementation support.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for financial best practices within a global context.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Epicor 10/Kinetic financial modules.
  • Expertise in financial consolidations, costing, standard pricing, and multi-company/multi-currency functionalities.
  • Proven track record of leading Epicor implementations and upgrades.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex project timelines.
  • Strong communication skills for client interactions and training delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Global experience in implementing and managing financial systems.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance across different countries.
  • Previous consulting experience with enterprise-level clients.

Contract Details:
  • Duration: 3-4 months, with potential for extension based on project needs.
  • Travel: Minimal, as needed for client meetings and key project milestones.
  • Location: Remote with flexible hours to accommodate global time zones
  • Estimated 15-20 hours per week, may vary weekly.
