About the Role
Our client, a leader in Bio-Medical Manufacturing, has recently gone live with Epicor Kinetic ERP and is seeking an experienced Epicor Operations Consultant. This role will focus on stabilizing and optimizing their system post-implementation with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency, user training, and compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 standards.
This is a remote consulting role with periodic onsite work in Ohio as needed. Hours may fluctuate based on project demands and client priorities.

Responsibilities

Partner with client stakeholders to optimize Epicor Kinetic in key operational areas: Quote-to-Cash, Planning, Resource Groups, Quality, and MRP.

Provide hands-on user training and mentoring to ensure adoption and proficiency across business functions.

Assess and refine business processes to align with industry best practices and Epicor Kinetic capabilities.

Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 requirements for electronic records and signatures within the ERP system.

Troubleshoot, configure, and enhance workflows to support efficient and compliant manufacturing operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Quality, Operations, and IT to deliver system improvements.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge transfer to client staff.
Qualifications
-
5+ years of Epicor ERP experience (Kinetic preferred;prior versions acceptable with demonstrated upgrade experience).

Strong expertise in Operations and Manufacturing modules: Quote-to-Cash, MRP, Planning, Resource Groups, and Quality.

Proven experience in Bio-Medical or regulated manufacturing environments.

Solid understanding of FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance in ERP usage.

Demonstrated ability to deliver end-user training and process documentation.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing consulting skills.

Flexibility to travel onsite to Ohio as needed.
