We are seeking an experienced Epicor Operations Consultant to support a global organization in streamlining and consolidating its multiple Epicor ERP instances into a single, unified instance of Epicor ERP/Kinetic. This project will also include transitioning from a Public Cloud environment to a Private Cloud infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Epicor 10/Kinetic implementations and upgrades, specifically with Multi-Company environments and operational modules such as Project Management, Jobs, Costing, Resource Groups, BOM, and Pricing. Key Responsibilities:
Guide the organization through the consolidation and unification of multiple Epicor ERP instances into one instance of Epicor ERP/Kinetic.
Develop and execute a roadmap for transitioning from Public Cloud to Private Cloud.
Collaborate with stakeholders across global operations to ensure alignment of business requirements and system configurations.
Provide expertise and leadership in modules including Multi-Company, Project Management, Jobs, Costing, Resource Groups, BOM, and Pricing.
Assist in configuration, testing, and validation of the new instance to ensure functionality and accuracy.
Create comprehensive documentation and provide training to users and administrators for a smooth transition.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and serve as a trusted advisor during implementation and post-go-live stabilization.
Travel to company sites as needed to support critical milestones and project phases.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with Epicor ERP systems, with a strong emphasis on Epicor 10/Kinetic implementation and upgrade projects.
Proven track record in Multi-Company environment consolidation and transition projects.
Expertise in Project Management, Jobs, Costing, Resource Groups, BOM, and Pricing modules within Epicor ERP.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure migration, including Public Cloud to Private Cloud transitions.
Exceptional project management and communication skills, with experience working in global, cross-functional teams.
Availability for travel as required based on project milestones.
Ability to commit to an estimated 15-20 hours per week with flexibility for fluctuations based on project demands.
