Position Overview: The Product Specialist will serve as the domain expert and trusted advisor for U.S.-based clients. With a reputation built on over 1, 300 clients in 40 countries, this company provides state-of-the-art solutions built exclusively for Epicor Kinetic ERP, driving success for clients in manufacturing and distribution verticals.
Position Overview: The Product Specialist will serve as the domain expert and trusted advisor for U.S.-based clients. This key role focuses on implementing and optimizing the Warehouse Management Suite of products to maximize client outcomes. The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in Epicor Kinetic ERP and WMS, a passion for client success, and a track record of strong client relationship-building. This role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to represent the product vendor with authority and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Domain Expertise: Serve as the WMS process expert and provide hands-on system configuration, including functional/system testing, script writing, training, and go-live support for Epicor Kinetic Warehouse.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients, Epicor Partners, and internal teams to ensure successful WMS implementation, configuration, and deployment aligned with client business requirements.
- Solution Presentation: Present expert content at U.S. User Group meetings and build business requirement/design documents for customized development.
- Quality Assurance: Lead testing, deployment, and post-startup support;deliver production support after go-live.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the U.S. For on-site client support as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years working with Epicor Kinetic ERP and Epicor Kinetic Warehouse, whether as a client, systems integrator, consultant, or former Epicor employee.
- Skills: Proven WMS expertise, particularly in deploying and configuring Epicor Kinetic Warehouse and associated shop floor processes.
- Technical Abilities: Strong command of Epicor tools, especially BPMs, and familiarity with Epicor APIs and debugging techniques (e.G., trace logs).
- Communication & Problem Solving: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with clients, and demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
- Leadership & Initiative: Ability to work independently and take initiative, while effectively collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
Employment Details:
- Location: United States-based candidates only, with occasional U.S. Travel.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Compensation: Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
