Full Stack Engineering Lead
GTN is seeking an experienced software engineer for a hands-on technical leadership position in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
You will contribute across a JavaScript-based web environment while helping other engineers work through design decisions, technical challenges and production delivery. The position includes application development, solution design, code review and mentorship. It is intended for an engineer who wants leadership responsibility without moving away from the code.
The well qualified candidate will have:
- Four or more years of professional software development experience
- Experience supporting business-critical applications in environments where reliability, performance and maintainability matter
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.Js, React and TypeScript
- Experience building production web applications and back-end services
- Sound understanding of application architecture and data design
- Previous technical leadership, code-review or mentoring responsibility
- Familiarity with cloud-based software delivery and automated testing
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and business colleagues
This position requires regular on-site work in Dallas/Fort Worth.
