Job Description


Position Overview We’re hiring a Full Stack Engineer with DevOps expertise to help scale our cloud-based healthcare platform. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building secure, scalable, and user-friendly digital health solutions. You’ll be instrumental in developing applications that support clinical workflows, patient engagement, and healthcare analytics.

Core Responsibilities

1. Application Engineering
  • Design and implement modern web applications using frameworks like React.Js and backend technologies such as Node.Js.
  • Build secure APIs that integrate with electronic medical records and third-party health services.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver intuitive, accessible interfaces for both clinicians and patients.
  • Ensure development practices comply with healthcare regulations including HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001.

2. Infrastructure & DevOps
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions to support efficient and traceable deployments.
  • Manage AWS infrastructure with a focus on security, availability, and regulatory compliance (including EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, IAM).
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and shell scripting.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure reliable access to healthcare services and data.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with clinicians, product managers, and engineering peers to deliver impactful features.
  • Participate in code reviews, architectural planning, and incident response when necessary.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, with a strong emphasis on patient safety and data integrity.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in full stack development, preferably in regulated or data-sensitive environments.
  • Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.Js, and Node.Js, with experience building RESTful APIs.
  • Skilled in CI/CD workflows, DevOps practices, and infrastructure-as-code using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Terraform.
  • Strong understanding of Linux systems and shell scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services and secure configuration management, including IAM policies.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards and compliance frameworks (e.G., HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001) is highly desirable.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
