Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Director to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including benefits administration, payroll management, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. This role requires a strong leader who can align HR initiatives with business goals to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-provided perks.

Manage payroll processing to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution of employee compensation.

Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management.

Develop and maintain company policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

Oversee training and development programs to support employee growth and company objectives.

Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.

Provide guidance and support to management on HR best practices and workforce planning.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of employment laws, compensation structures, and HR best practices.

Experience managing benefits and payroll processes.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
