Job Description
About the Role:
We are exclusively sourcing an HRIS Analyst with a strong payroll background. This role requires proficiency in multiple platforms, including but not limited to need someone who “knows/familiar with them all”: ex. Paycom, Paycor, and Paylocity. Candidates must have hands-on experience running payroll and navigating system upgrades.
The ideal candidate will act like consultative partner to clients, providing best-practice recommendations while remaining adaptable and collaborative. This position reports to the hiring manager and will join a team of four. Creating a well-balanced team dynamic. The group values collaboration, holds weekly team meetings, and offers mentorship opportunities, including optional buddy programs and career development support.
Key Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Paycom, Paycor, Paylocity, and similar platforms.
- Strong payroll processing knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize systems.
- A diplomatic and consultative approach—able to guide best practices while adapting to evolving needs.
- Ability to work standard business hours with some flexibility. Once proven, is open to flexible core hours.
- Personable and engaging—this is a collaborative/team role, not a siloed position.
Additional Details:
- Virtual team events & mentoring programs (opportunities for both mentors and mentees).
- Limited travel—one annual trip to Dallas (Lockton on-site in June) client visits are rare.
