We are seeking a motivated and experienced ISO Desktop Support Specialist to join our client’s team immediately. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional with a strong background in Active Directory and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop support for internal users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Manage and maintain user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop systems and applications.
- Document support activities and resolutions in a ticketing system.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system security and compliance with ISO standards.
- Experience with Active Directory: Proven ability to manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Immediate Availability: Able to start immediately upon offer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in ISO-compliant environments is a plus but not required.
