IT Support
Work From Home
Technical troubleshooting with responsive employee support. Cover everyday user issues (hardware, software and application), account administration, equipment coordination and basic security operations, all through fully remote support.
Prepare and distribute computers and related equipment while keeping inventory information current.
Assist with potential security concerns.
Explore opportunities to improve support delivery through automation and emerging technology.
The Well-Qualified Candidate Will Have
- 1+ years of desktop support for both Windows and macOS devices
- Familiarity with cloud-based productivity, directory or device-management platforms.
- Strong investigative and problem-solving abilities
- A service-oriented approach to working with non-technical employees
- The judgment to research problems independently and recognize when escalation is appropriate
- The ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
