Job Description
GTN is currently partnering with a leading consulting firm that provides strategic ERP solutions to small and mid-size manufacturing and distribution companies across North America. We're looking for an experienced Infor CSI/Syteline Operations Consultant to join their expert team and support clients in optimizing their ERP systems for long-term success.
This is a remote-based role with travel up to 50% and offers the chance to make a real impact on client operations through ERP innovation, automation, and process improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead and support full-cycle Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/Syteline) ERP implementations and optimizations.

Work closely with clients to understand business challenges and deliver actionable ERP-driven solutions.

Configure CSI modules, train end users, and support post-go-live activities, including Infor CSI & Ming.Le.

Leverage APS scheduling expertise to enhance production planning and execution.

Identify system/process gaps and develop tailored improvements and personalizations.

Provide cross-functional support across client teams and departments.

Maintain awareness of system updates and continuously improve your technical skills.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring long-term success and adoption.
Who You Are:

3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor CSI/Syteline.

Background in manufacturing operations or leadership within a manufacturing setting.

Proven experience with ERP implementation projects.

Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and business process mapping.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable in dynamic client environments.

Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
