Infor Syteline/CSI Technical Analyst

Job Description
Our Managed Services Provider (MSP) client is seeking a Mid-Level Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) Technical Analyst to join their growing team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across multiple client environments, solving complex technical challenges, and developing custom solutions in the Infor ecosystem.
You’ll be working with both cloud and on-premise SyteLine environments, supporting integrations, enhancements, and performance optimization —with exposure to clients in manufacturing, government, and defense sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, enhance, and maintain Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) ERP environments across multiple clients.
- Develop custom forms, IDOs, extensions, and components using the Mongoose Framework.
- Create and manage C# and SQL Server-based integrations, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
- Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs and Web Services to integrate CSI with third-party systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot Event Handlers, Form Scripts, and Workflow Automation.
- Perform data management, performance tuning, and complex troubleshooting within SQL Server.
- Support Infor ION integrations and BOD (Business Object Document) communications.
- Collaborate with functional and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide application and system support, including issue resolution and continuous improvement.
- Assist in upgrades, testing, and cloud migrations as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience with Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) ERP (v9 or later).
- Strong proficiency with:
- Mongoose Framework (Form Design, IDOs, Components, Extensions)
- Event Handling and Workflow Automation
- C#, .NET, and SQL Server
- API and Web Integration Development (REST, SOAP, JSON/XML)
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a multi-client, fast-paced environment and “wear multiple hats.”
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a background check and drug test.
Preferred:
- Experience with Infor ION, Infor Document Management (IDM), and Infor OS.
- Knowledge of Government Cloud, ITAR, and DOD compliance.
- Exposure to Infor CloudSuite migration projects or multi-tenant environments.
- Consulting or Managed Services experience supporting multiple clients.
- Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain business processes.
