Jira Support Consultant

Overview:

Responsibilities:
 
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Atlassian products, primarily JIRA and Confluence (Data Center)
  • Provide assistance to internal SBH IT Atlassian support staff (Jira admins) for more complex issues
  • Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues
  • Provide guidance around project and system configurations
  • Provide guidance regarding requested changes and modifications to Jira and Confluence
  • Provide assistance with issues during upgrades
  • Provide assistance when logs and root cause analysis is necessary
