L1 Helpdesk Technician

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Level 1 Helpdesk Tech for an initial 3-month project, with the possibility of a 3-month extension. This remote role begins on July 15th, with training provided in the first 2 days to familiarize you with the client’s systems and documentation library.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for user support
  • Assist staff with password or login problems
  • Troubleshoot device and software issues on Chromebook devices
  • Utilize, record, and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of Chrome OS and Chromebooks
  • Familiarity with Google Docs
  • Ability to install, maintain, and configure computers and peripherals
  • High School Diploma, GED, or associate’s degree
  • Outstanding analytical and interpersonal skills
