Job Description: Landscape Designer & Estimator
We are searching for a full-time Landscape Designer, Estimator, and Sales professional to join our team. This position will be involved in all aspects of project development and design, including preparation of presentation materials, schematic design, construction documents/observation, and project administration.
Our ideal candidate will have strong design, graphics, computer, and technical skills, as well as the desire and ability to work on multiple landscape design projects.

This position will be involved in all aspects of project development and design, including preparation of presentation materials, schematic design, construction documents/observation, and project administration.
Our ideal candidate will have strong design, graphics, computer, and technical skills, as well as the desire and ability to work on multiple landscape design projects.
Expectations:
- Manage and lead multiple projects.
- Develop creative technical solutions to complex design problems as part of a team.
- Prepare, coordinate, and complete construction document packages.
- Manage team production of construction details, specifications, drawing sets, and presentation packages in support of the design approach.
- Mentor and collaborate with installation team staff.
- Carry out technical and administrative assignments.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping and construction goals.
- Evaluate and select materials and products.
- Travel to meetings and job sites as needed.
- 3-5 years of experience desired.
- Must be creative, organized, personable, and have some construction knowledge.
- Open mind and passion for new trends in design fields and dedication to knowledge-based creations.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Demonstrate excellence in AutoCAD.
- Demonstrate excellence in preliminary, conceptual, and schematic design phases to further develop construction documents.
- Expertise in effectively presenting information and responding to questions from principals, clients, and subcontractors.
- Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting technical procedures and governmental regulations.
