Job Description
**Job Opportunity: Experienced Landscape Maintenance Manager**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Maintenance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, provide pricing and estimates, and oversee maintenance crew members to ensure top-quality service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Supervise, train, and monitor employees to guarantee high-quality landscape work.
- Work in various outdoor conditions.
- Assist clients in defining their project goals and budgets.
- Schedule and attend client meetings (valid driver’s license required).
- Develop accurate estimates for both new and existing clients.
- Manage crews of 2-3 members efficiently and reliably.
**Requirements:**
- At least 3 years of landscape maintenance experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Valid pesticide applicator’s license.
- Must be reliable, responsible, and have strong managerial skills.
**Job Details:**
- **Type:** Full-time
- **Pay:** From $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
