Our client is looking for a Process Technician with Lithography experience to join their 5-nanometer fab, located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. Our clients Arizona Manufacturing Department is responsible for monitoring wafer manufacturing process, process analysis, and collaborative solutions.
Position Overview:
Work in an office-based operations environment, to monitor the semiconductor wafer manufacturing.

Our client is looking for a Process Technician with Lithography experience to join their 5-nanometer fab, located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. Our clients Arizona Manufacturing Department is responsible for monitoring wafer manufacturing process, process analysis, and collaborative solutions.
Position Overview:
Work in an office-based operations environment, to monitor the semiconductor wafer manufacturing.
- Position is NOT working on the manufacturing floor; it is office based at a computer office / workstation.
- Utilize technical aptitude, process analysis, issue escalation, monitor processing times, and work on a collaborative team environment.
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and leadership to manage defect codes, SPC analysis, control wafers, and system availability.
- Utilize established procedures, supporting SOP, lean manufacturing, identify bottlenecks, and create solutions that support production goals.
- Memorize module defect codes per module, discover trends, production analysis, and mitigate production risk to align to production goals.
- Ability to provide detailed information to technical team members.
- Utilize experience in semiconductor with an emphasis on process, analysis, and collaborative team toward a common goal.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have:
- High school Diploma required.
- Requires previous work experience in a semiconductor setting.
- Fundamental Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position, often sitting for long periods.
- Production work shifts are on 12-hour shifts on day shifts or night shifts, 3-4 days per week.
