Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Mac Technician for contract position in Mesa, AZ. The purpose of this position is to support Apple specific hardware and software. This person will be responsible on a regular basis for Tier II Support for all Apple products owned by our client. The individual will also work in their Apple Management system Jamf Pro heavily to deploy, repair and reprovision devices. The position will also perform hardware repairs on Apple equipment through Apples Global Service Exchange.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 30 % Assist Faculty, Staff, and students having issues with Apple Mac OS or IOS
  • 30 % Manage Mac OS Systems in Jamf Pro
  • 20 % Repair Apple Hardware using Apple Global Service Exchange
  • 10 % Repair Apple Hardware and Software
  • 10 % Collaborate with other parts of the CTS department to work on technology-related projects; other duties as assigned                             
Education Required:
  • High School Diploma
