Position Description:

Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed work instruction (MOT’s), Set-up sheets and process plans.
- Development and verification of machining process for complex fabrications, including work holding, fixtures, cutting tools, gages etc.
- Supports all continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Provides process improvement expertise and ability to Identify root cause of manufacturing/quality issues.
- Perform drawing reviews for product manufacturability
- Develop Routers and work instructions
Experience Required:
- 3 –5 Years’experience in Aerospace Sheet Metal Fabrication, Welding, Forming, Machining, and processing.
- 2+ years of Development machining process for complex fabrications, including work holding, fixtures, cutting tools, gages etc.
- 3+ years working with Equipment such as brake presses, CNC punching, laser cutting machines, Hydro form, CNC Lathes, CNC Mills and Weld.
- CAD Software experience is required. CAD (Solidworks) and CAM (Mastercam) is a plus
- Extensive aerospace manufacturing experience with highly complex designs and materials and OEM familiarity desired
- Education / Certifications: Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years or equivalent combination of education and experience
