Microsoft Modern Workplace Support Specialist
Position type: permanent
Compensation: $85,000-$95,000 annual salary plus full benefits
Start: Immediately
Location: Grapevine, TX (hybrid remote possible)

NOW HIRING a Tier 2-3 technical support engineer with strong experience in client implementation and support of the complete M365 platform.
Required skills:
- 4+ years of experience supporting the complete Microsoft suite of Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive Cloud Storage, etc.
- 1+ years as a Tier 3 escalation point for technicians, platform admins, and engineers supporting client end users.
- 4+ years of strong experience in enterprise-level environments, supporting the entire M365 platform for PCs, Macs, tablets, phones, printers, etc.
- Implementation and management experience with various aspects of Azure: AD, VM, storage, networking, services, security, and compliance.
- Production experience scripting in Python, PowerShell, etc.
- Strong communication skills written, verbal, and with MS Teams.
- Bonus points for experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and for M365 certifications.
