Project Manager - Restoration and Waterproofing Division

Location: Richmond, VA

As a Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in every aspect of our business, from nurturing customer relationships to overseeing project execution and delivery. Responsibilities:
  • Engage in all facets of the business, including customer relationship development, estimating, contract procurement, schedule and change management, field execution, and project closeout.
  • Grow customer relationships through consistent project execution and delivery, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, maintaining a balance between detail-oriented tasks and the broader project objectives.
  • Address challenges with a sense of urgency, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining project momentum.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and subcontractors to facilitate successful project outcomes.
  • Utilize construction industry experience to effectively manage project finances, scope development, estimating, scheduling, and field operations.
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering projects ahead of schedule and under budget.
  • Act as a collaborative team player, contributing to the company's growth and leadership succession plan.

Qualifications:
  • 5 to 10 years of construction-related industry experience, with a preference for weatherproofing/waterproofing and rehab/restoration or building envelope experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on business development.
  • Proficiency in project financial management, including scope development, estimating, and pricing.
  • Valid driver's license.
